Order Status & Shipping
Click the “My Account” link at the top of our site, then go to Orders to view the orders you have placed. Then click the Change Quantities / Cancel Orders link to cancel or change your order. Please note that once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled or changed. Contact Support at sales@alpec.com or 800-854-6686 for assistance.
Orders placed by 1 PM Pacific Time (weekends and holidays excluded) will ship within 24 hours. Orders placed after 1 pm Pacific Time will ship within 2 working days. Please note all orders are subject to credit card approval and product availability before shipping. A valid and complete physical address must be provided when placing your order. Signature confirmation is not available for shipped items. FedEx, USPS and UPS will leave package at specified address if you are not available. We are not responsible for theft of your order once it’s delivered to your specified address. Please contact the carrier.
You will receive an email with tracking information once your order ships. You can also find tracking information by clicking the “My Account” link at the top of our site to check or track your order. Verify that all of the items in your order have shipped. If your order displays package tracking numbers, please check with the shipper to track your order. If your package shows a status of “delivered”, contact the shipper’s support services for assistance.

We ship to all 50 states within the USA and to all provinces in Canada.
We do not ship to any APO, FPO, or PO Box addresses.
Shipping charges apply to all orders and are based on the weight and destination of the package. Shipping charges are automatically calculated during the checkout process based on your address and speed of delivery.
Alpec ships via UPS to Canada. Import duties, value added tax and customs clearance fees are not included in the shipping charges. These charges will be determined by Canadian customs when your items arrive for processing. For more information, please visit the UPS International Customs Page.
Alpec is not responsible for any loss or damage to your items during transit by USPS, FedEx or UPS. Please contact and file your claim promptly with the carrier.
My Account
You can create an account during checkout. Once your order is confirmed, you can create an account using the same email address.
On the order confirmation page, select a password of 8 to 12 characters or symbols.
Click “Sign In.”
Your account is now active.Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please review our Privacy Policy for more information.
Login to your account. Click Edit Account and make any necessary changes.
From the My Account page, click the Lost Your Password? link to reset your password.
Warranty & Guarantees
Alpec warrants its products to be free of defects in workmanship upon receipt by purchaser. This warranty (excluding batteries) is solely limited to the repair or replacement of original parts which in the opinion of Alpec are defective in workmanship or material. Alpec’s liability shall be limited solely to the cost of the affected part(s). All other costs shall be the responsibility of the owner.
This warranty does not cover:
(1) defects, damage or deterioration due to normal use, wear and tear
(2) damage due to misuse, alteration, negligence, accident
(3) damage or defect due to repair by other than Alpec or its authorized service center.
This warranty is in lieu of all other or limited warranties of Alpec including any or implied warranty of merchantability or of fitness for any particular purpose. Alpec does not assume on its behalf any other obligation or liability. This warranty is NOT transferable. To obtain a repair or replacement under the terms of this warranty, please contact customer service at 800-854-6686 and ask for a “Return Merchandise Authorization” (RMA) number. Please note product(s) returned to Alpec without RMA # will not be accepted.

To ensure all e-commerce transactions are secure, our website is scanned daily for security vulnerability and malware. All sensitive communications over the internet is done using SSL (secure socket layer) encryption. Alpec is also PCI DSS Compliant. No credit card information is stored during your purchase.
Exchanges, Returns & Refunds
New & Unopened Items – You may return new, unopened item(s) within 30 calendar days of receipt of order for a full refund less shipping and handling charges. Item(s) returned must be in their original product packaging. You are responsible for the shipping costs when you return the product to us. Please review our RMA procedure, below.
Incorrect Items – Oh no! Did we send you the wrong item? Please call customer service at 800-854-6686.
Defective Items Less Than 30 Days – We stand behind the quality of our work. If you experience a problem with your laser pointer within 30 days of receipt, you may return defective item(s) within 30 days for an exchange of same new item(s). Please call customer service at 800-854-6686 to begin the exchange process.
Defective Items More Than 30 Days and Within Warranty Period – If you would like to return a defective laser pointer 30 days or more after receipt that is still within the warranty period, you may return defective item(s) for EXCHANGE ONLY. Return shipping costs are paid by the sender. We will ship at our cost new item(s) of the same type. Please note there are no refunds for orders older than 30 days. Please call customer service at 800-854-6686 to begin the exchange process.
Loss or damage of your order during shipment – Alpec is not responsible for loss or damage to order due to shipping carrier’s negligence during transit. Please contact and file your claim directly with shipping carrier.
Refund & Exchanges – Refund or exchange processing will take approximately 2 to 3 business days after receipt of product. We will notify you via email on your refund or exchange status once we have received and processed your returned item(s).
Pricing and Billing
We charge sales tax on all orders placed by customers with a Nevada billing address, or if the item(s) are shipped to an address located in Nevada. Sorry, no exceptions.

We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express only for all USA and Canada orders placed through this site. The billing address of your credit card must originate in the USA or Canada. During the checkout process you may choose any one of our payment options when you place your order. Please note that we will not ship your order until payment is received from your bank.

Alpec Laser Pointer Facts
Alpec is committed to providing the best quality laser pointers. All of our products meet FDA’s Class II or Class IIIA requirements. Class II laser pointers have a maximum power output of 1 mW. Class IIIA laser pointers have a
maximum power output of 5 mW.
The human eye can see green color from a greater distance than any other color in the visible light spectrum. Green laser pointers have a visible range up to a mile, even in the dark or low light conditions. Therefore red laser pointers have a visible range of up to 1,500 feet. Even though both the red and green laser pointers have a maximum output of either 1 mW or 5 mW the green laser pointers can be seen farther than red laser pointers when using it indoors or outdoors.
- Store the laser pointer in a cool, dry place.
- We do not recommend exposing laser pointer to temperatures below freezing or over 110°C.
- We recommend removing the batteries if the laser pointer will not be used for extended periods.
- Water and laser pointers do not mix – never submerge a laser pointer in water or expose to moisture (don’t put it in your mouth, spill coffee on it, et cetera).· Be kind to your laser pointer. Do not drop or apply impact. This can cause the lens to blur and/or damage the laser diode or circuit.
Yes. An LED screen’s brightness, coupled with its built-in technology to swallow any ambient lighting presents a unique challenge for the use of laser pointers. To successfully point with an Alpec laser pointer on an LED screen, we recommend
- Point with a green laser pointer instead of a red laser pointer. Green pointers are 30 times more visible to the human eye and their built-in technology makes them more visible on most LED screens. Green doesn’t always solve the problem entirely, but you should notice a visible difference between green and red.
- Try toggling down or off the overall brightness on the screen you are using with your pointer. With so many TV models on the market, you won’t know how it will work until you try.· If the above does not work, reach out to our customer service at 800-854-6686.
